United, you had one thing and only on thing the do, GET THE ADDRESS RIGHT and you failed. Most useless cab company in the world. Go Away!

This is the best cab company in Calgary

I have been using your cab service for quite a while. But today,an English speaking operator was extremely rude and thought she can comment on the decision of the customer to cancel a booking. While booking she did not listen to the instructions that a customer was providing. It was not customer's home address and it was an emergency situation. This attitude has definitely added to the stress. Hopefully I will not receive service this bad ever again.

Abusive driver

Driver arrived on time 6:15 AM and I flashed my house lights.I was late and driver left so I called the dispatcher and driver returned. The driver refused to open the door to the cab despite my apology until I provided a reason for being late, which I ignored,despite my holding 4 pieces of luggage and minus 10, normally I would not have tolerate the abuse but I had a flight to catch & alternate cabs was not a viable options. , but the driver continued his abusive bulling tirade enroute.

Imagine - It's New Year Eve, 3am, -20 °C. You are outside waiting for a cab you've reserved for 2:30am 8 hours earlier - cab never showed up. Phone is off, nobody to help.. I'm looking into legal action against this company.

Brutal. Called back after 1/2 hour and was reassured they were running late and that a car was en route. Waited another 40 minutes after that. Terrible service.
