i came and got a battery for my truck, not bad price and and friendly service

A terrible shopping experience from start to finish. Very rude customer service from the manager, nothing worked as it should have and impossible to get my money refunded. Was never treated so rudely in my entire life. Over priced, way longer than promised wait times on delivery, made to feel like it was my fault when the fault lies on the manager. Would not recommend to anyone You

U HAVE BEEN WARNED. BE WARE OF ROGER. Got sold a defective product. Did not get any warranty, instead got the run around for 2 weeks with no solution. Take your business somewhere else and don't get burnt like i did.

Recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS with this company!

Strongly recommend not dealing with this company. Roger talks big, but can't deliver on it. Made deal over phone, he didn't hold up his product promises, sold a broken item, gave me a 2.5 week runaround & in the end implied I am a liar and the company isn't going to resolve it. If you are desperate enough to have to deal with this company, be prepared for big promises, less than adequate returns, and a hugely negative experience. Consider yourself warned on doing business with these guys!
