We have visited this business quite a few times, as it is near our home. The wand-wash may be just fine, but the automatic car wash seems to malfunction or do a bad job almost every time we visit. Today my wife went through and the back of her car was still covered in dirt when she came out. The attendant offered to run her through again, but as she was upset by the poor job, she asked for her money back. I was called to come and help; you can't imagine the excuses and poor customer service we encountered. I would be embarrassed to have charged a customer for such a poor job and would have personally refunded their money AND washed the car myself. The owner (on the phone) told me that he couldn't refund me the money because it would come out of his pocket; I agreed that I understood, as the $10 came out of my pocket and I still had a dirty car. As we were waiting, another customer approached with the same complaint. I can't make any recommendations for what other people should do, but we will be steering clear of Diamond Car Wash in the future.
Carwash attendant hand washed the car and as demanded by Mr.
Heslop. Also a free automatic wash coupon was given. All this was offered to them immediately after the complaint was filed. We assure our valued
customers that we take their concerns very seriously and give our utmost to their satisfaction. We have been in business for the past 10 years in this
wonderful town and the basis of our business is superior customer service.
