Called about my cat (Acer) urinary issue, they booked him in the next day (closest availability), Noticed he couldn’t go in the litter box. I called back an hour later and explained his symptoms became worse. They told me to bring him in immediately and they’ll try to fit him in between appointments. I rushed over 10 min away and they were ready the moment I walked in. They said it was caught early enough and fixed him up in a few hours. (No surgery) Saved me $$ and my pet. Amazing staff.

We had a regular vet when our dog's unexpected nosebleed while at the groomers led to Dr.Sherry taking care of her.I left the clinic after that unscheduled visit knowing that we were changing vets to Thickson PH.Since then we have a new puppy that they have taken wonderful care of along with sharing much needed advice, had to say goodbye to our oldest that the team helped us through with compassion & have gotten our 9Yrold arthritic Sr.up,moving&enjoying life again.Moving was the best decision!

We are not patients at Cavan but our vet was away so had to bring our dog here after another dog attacked us. After waiting untreated at Kawartha Veterinary Emergency Clinic for over six hours, we left and went to Cavan. Upon arrival, we were taken in promptly, our dog was treated and we were sent home with care instructions. The compassion and professionalism shown by Dr. Kalish was second to none. I'm so thankful he treated Linc's injuries as an emergency! Would highly recommend!

I was very happy with the level of care we received, from explaining each vaccine and why they're needed, to tick prevention options and dental care. Sherbrooke Heights has been our vet of choice for the past 13.5 years and we are very pleased with the quality of care and the compassion showed to us over the years. Having a pet is one of the most rewarding investment that you can make, but it can also be one of the hardest decisions you have to make. Unfortunately a dogs lifespan is alot shorter than humans and so it is inevitable that you will have to say goodbye before you are truly ready to let your fur baby go.
